Despite surgical resection, the risk of residual disease, micrometastatic disease, and disease recurrence remain elevated. Herein, we review systemic therapy strategies in the neoadjuvant, adjuvant, and metastatic settings, including novel uses of immunotherapy, targeted therapies and cytotoxic chemotherapies, for the treatment of gastric cancer. 收起
