摘要 : The study was conducted to measure the body weight and blood composition (haemoglobin (HbG); low HbG1, moderate HbG2 and high HbG3) before and after transport, separation and isolation (TSI) of suckler calves (36 German Red Pied, ... 展开 The study was conducted to measure the body weight and blood composition (haemoglobin (HbG); low HbG1, moderate HbG2 and high HbG3) before and after transport, separation and isolation (TSI) of suckler calves (36 German Red Pied, 5 German Black Pied, 17 male and 24 female). Hb and sex of calf had significant effects on growth performance. Concentrations of creatinine, Mg and plasma iron were significantly influenced by Hb, and blood urea, Mg and Pa (inorganic phosphate) values were significantly affected by sex of calf. The changes in the variables after TSI at five life age periods were significant in most cases, except for blood urea and plasma iron. In case of plasma and saliva cortisol concentrations, these changes were influenced by Hb, while in the case of creatinine and Pa values these changes were affected by sex of calf. The measured variables and their changes after TSI, except blood urea concentration, was significantly correlated with the age of calves. 收起
