A graphene sheet is considered as a negative permittivity material shell to create cloaking cover for a dielectric object. Appropriate electromagnetic characteristics of graphene in the cloaking shell can be achieved by variation of physical parameters, such as substrate thickness and gate voltage. In this study, by using these physical parameters, a simple cloaking structure for a dielectric cylinder versus surface plasmon polariton waves is introduced in the infrared regime. Reduction of radar cross section is attained as a criterion of cloaking. 收起
