The structures of compounds 1–4 were determined by extensive spectroscopic data analysis and comparison with reported references. Compounds 1–4 were evaluated for their inhibitory activity against LPS-induced NO production in RAW264.7 cells. Among them, compounds 1 and 2 showed certain anti-inflammatory activities with IC50 values of 4.09 ± 0.52 and 6.24 ± 0.64 mM, respectively. 收起
