PeQDs exhibit high quantum yield for both green and red emission, but the quantum yield of blue-emitting PeQDs is usually below 40～50%. In this work, we have developed bright blue-emitting PeQDs (450～460 nm) with quantum yield above 70%, high UV-light absorption, and improved thermal stability. Our results are promising for the use of electro-luminescence and emissive color filters in order to reach the specification of Rec. 2020. 收起
