Increase in temperature is associated with climate change, which can be the source of many physicochemical changes in the region. If chlorophyll-a changed, then continued changes would occur in the food chain in two areas. This study was conducted from January 2019 to March 2021 on the biological factors in the Persian Gulf and shows the changes over the years. There is a relationship between the increase in sea surface water temperature and chlorophyll-a and the bio-variable in the area. Due to the shift in the index sample (Ilisha) in the Persian Gulf and the continuation of the existing conditions, small pelagic fish will increase and commercially important demersal fish will be reduced. The change in the reduction of mollusks in the zooplankton stage can also be observed. In the case of benthos, there is a decrease in diversity, which can occur for reasons such as habitat and Sea bed damage. According to the results, the study area is exposed to phenomena related to climate change and human activity, including destructive fishing methods such as trawl damage, which has introduced some serious ones.
