摘要 : The working group 'Bacterial count in milk - Bactoscan method' of the 'Commission in Charge of Article 35 of the German Food Acts' examined the Bactoscan 8000 method in an interlaboratory study in April 1996 to establish the preci... 展开 The working group 'Bacterial count in milk - Bactoscan method' of the 'Commission in Charge of Article 35 of the German Food Acts' examined the Bactoscan 8000 method in an interlaboratory study in April 1996 to establish the precision characteristics repeatability (r) and reproducibility (R). 10 samples (8 samples of raw milk, ex-farm, stored at 6鳦 for 24 h, and 2 samples of control milk), divided into 4 subsamples, coded at random, and were counted (each subsample 4 times) in 13 laboratories. Theprecision data were dependent on the counting level and the milk sample. For 3 different counting levels, the following data (in log Bactoscan counts (BCs)) for r and R respectively, were evaluated: level log 1.6 BC (lin 40 BC): 0.183 and 0.247; level log 2.0 BC (lin 100 BC): 0.111 and 0.182; level log 2.4 BC (lin 250 BC): 0.109 and 0.152. Compared with the precision data indicated for the macro colony reference method in c.f.u (mean r = log 0.20 c.f.u./ml and R = log 0.32 c.f.u./ml) the r of the Bactoscan method 騬 of the reference method at higher counting levels (?0 BC), and the R of the Bactoscan method was similar (n = 2 milk samples) or markedly superior (n = 6 milk samples). 收起
