Determination ofthe outage probability in a Nakagami (1960) mobile environment isparticularly important since Nakagami fading is, as shown by variousempirical measurements, the most appropriate model in many practicalapplications. Effective techniques have been developed recently todetermine outage probability in the presence of multiple Nakagamiinterferers by assuming that the fading parameters of both signal andco-channel interferences are integer-valued. However, the generalproblem with arbitrary Nakagami signal and interferers remains unsolved.A new technique is presented, which allows the Nakagami distributionsfor both signal and interferers to be arbitrary. Exact formulas forprobability of outage with and without a constraint on minimum signalpower are derived, and computer results are also presented to illustratethe theory 收起
