The objective of the article is to identify factors that impact on sustainable development of the Mekong River Delta agricultural cooperatives. The article uses multivariable regression to find the factors affecting the business performance of cooperatives through the survey of 80 agricultural cooperatives in three provinces of TraVinh, Ben Tre and SocTrang in the Mekong River Delta from April to December 2016. The results show that labor, business capital, affiliated with input enterprises, and consumption of products affect the efficiency of business activities of agricultural cooperatives. Through research results, a number of solutions for the development of sustainable agricultural cooperatives in the Mekong River Delta will be recommended.

Setting out from the relevance of cooperatives worldwide and their important economic and social role, this research aims to understand what motivates cooperators in different segments to be part of a cooperation process with a cooperative. To do so, an exploratory and qualitative study was carried out following the multiple case study method. For data-collection, ten semi-structured interviews were held based on a previously defined script. These interviews were recorded and transcribed, followed by content analysis through codification and categorisation. From analysis of the interviews, 37 variables motivating members to participate in a cooperative were identified, with these being grouped according to their similarity in five categories: (1) external influences; (2) characteristics of the cooperative; (3) socio-psychological; (4) relationships; and (5) benefits. Some implications for theory and practice and suggestions for future research are also presented.

The development cooperation system is currently under pressure to change and demonstrate its usefulness for addressing more complex development challenges. Triangular Cooperation constitutes a modality of cooperation that can contribute to this change, opening space to more inclusive formulas of partnership. However, such results are neither guaranteed nor automatic, as TC can also contribute to reinforcing vertical relationships that characterize traditional aid. It is therefore important to identify the factors that contribute to tipping this balance in one direction or another. This article aims to investigate these aspects, offering an analytical framework by which to identify the main elements that contribute to giving TC its transformative role. The analysis suggests that this result depends on the relationships established among the actors involved, which are conditioned not only by structural factors associated with the countries' diverse conditions (economic, technological, geostrategic position) but also by other ideational and strategic factors.

In the paper, how the influencing factors make effects on engineering project cooperation between building enterprises is studied with PLS-SEM algorithm. Cooperative investment, cooperative relationship and cooperative learning capacity are taken as exogenous variables of cooperation, while cooperation performance, cooperation cost and cooperation risk are taken as endogenous variables. With data collected in questionnaire survey, results below are concluded after PLS-SEM algorithm is applied: cooperative investment, cooperative relationship and cooperative learning capacity make significant positive effects on overall cooperation performance (influence coefficients: 0.738759/0.727662, 0.681276/0.681765, 0.497854/0.486814). Among them, influence coefficient of learning capacity is relatively low. For the party, cooperative investment and cooperative relationship make positive effects on cooperation cost (coefficients: 0.657896, 0.617456), and cooperative investment and cooperative relationship make positive effects on cooperation risk (coefficients: 0.657896, 0.617456). Cooperative learning capacity of the party is of inverse relation to cooperation risk of the party (coefficient: 0.273562), but of positive relation to cooperation risk of opposite party.

Since the late 1990s, the number of farmer cooperatives in China has rapidly grown. The adoption of the national law on farmer professional cooperatives in 2007 has led to significant governmental support for the establishment and management of farmerprofessional cooperatives. This paper explores the organizational features of the newly established cooperatives as well as the services they provide to their members. Particular attention is given to the role of local entrepreneurs in grouping farmersand in acquiring support from local and regional state agencies. The paper is based on data about a group of 200 agriculture and aquaculture cooperatives in Hubei Province, central China.

We investigate a four-level superradiant laser whose intensity is proportional to N2 and whose linewidth scales as 1/N 2 . In the absence of spontaneous emissions, we derive the stationary solutions of the atomic full cooperativity, analyze their stabilities, and find the corresponding irreducible representation based on group U(4). We also investigate the spectra of the phase and amplitude fluctuations of the fields inside and outside the cavity and find that the amplitude fluctuations of the output fields cannot be squeezed in the low-frequency limit, which is completely different from the three-level superradiant laser system. Finally, we consider the stationary solutions corresponding to the partial cooperativity due to the symmetry breaking of U(4) induced by the atomic spontaneous emissions.
