For the determination of the intracellular and extracellular activities of alpha -galactosidase, 6-bromo-2-naphthyl-alpha -D-galactopyranoside and p-nitrophenyl-alpha -D-galactopyranoside, respectively, were used as synthetic substrates. 收起
