The chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analyses. All isolates were evaluated forin vitroinhibitory activity on alpha-glucosidase. Among them, compounds1and4were found to exhibit moderate inhibitory activity on alpha-glucosidase with IC50 value of 64.1 +/- 1.2 and 48.9 +/- 1.1 mu M, respectively. 收起
