A field experiment was conducted at sugarcane research farm, Pusa with an aim to explore the possibility to supplement nutrients through organic manures in integrated manner to study their effect on yield, uptake and juice quality of sugarcane. The treatment consisted of substitution of 25% of N by FYM and composted sulphitation press mud cake (CSPM) along with 50, 75 and 100% NPK and bio-fertilizer in plant, while 100 NPK and trash and biofertilizer in ratoon. The result indicated that cane yield with application of 25% N through FYM or CSPM along with 50 and 75% NPK and bio-fertilizer was found at par with 100% NPK, while ratoon yield was on par with addition of sugarcane trash and bio-fertilizer over 100% NPK which indicated substitution of 25% N with organic manures in sugarcane plant-ratoon system. The uptake of N, P and K followed the similar trend of cane yield, while juice quality remained unaffected. The addition of organic manures along with fertilizers showed residual build up in organic carbon and available N, P2O5 and K2O content of post-harvest soil.
