摘要 : The following multinutrient soil tests: Mehlich 2, Mehlich 3, KVK-UF, extraction with 0.01M CaCl2, extraction with water in the ratio 1:5 (w/v), simulated soil solution and the UNIBEST soil test with PST-1 resin capsules, were eva... 展开 The following multinutrient soil tests: Mehlich 2, Mehlich 3, KVK-UF, extraction with 0.01M CaCl2, extraction with water in the ratio 1:5 (w/v), simulated soil solution and the UNIBEST soil test with PST-1 resin capsules, were evaluated on 32 soilstaken from the plough depth of research plots across the Czech Republic. The bioavailability correlation study was run in a plant growth chamber using barley, mustard and maize in vegetative trials for 21 days. The measure of bioavailability was the content of K, P, Mg, Mn, and S in the dry matter of shoots. A close relationship was found between all of the soil tests used and the K content of the test plants. More marked differences were found in extracting power of extractants and in the bioavailability of P. The best correlation was obtained using water (1:5), UNIBEST PST-1 and KVK-UF. Mustard exhibited the highest capability of absorbing P from soils, but with a poorer correlation with soil tests than barley or maize. The prediction of Mg bioavailability with soil test used was similar and the correlation improved when the Mg soil test was corrected by the soil K-status. Neither of the Mehlich methods showed any relationship with the Mn content in plants. The best prediction of Mn bioavailabilitywas shown by the methods CaCl2, soil solution, KVK-UF and water (1:5). The best S bioavailability correlation was found with water (1:5), UNIBEST PST-1, KVK-UF, but unsatisfactory with Mehlich 3 and 2, and CaCl2. Overall the best indicator of bioavailability was exhibited by the simple extraction from soil using water (1:5), method KVK-UF and UNIBEST PST-1 resin capsules, respectively. 收起
