The rat orbital vein blood was collected and mixed with precooled PBS (volume 1:9) at 4°C, then centrifuged for 30min under 10,000 rpm/min, and the supernatant was absorbed and discarded. The above steps were repeated 3 times. Finally, RBCm was resuspended with PBS and stored at 4°C. RBCm was diluted with an appropriate proportion and then conducted an ultrasound for 5 min. Red blood cell membrane vesicles (RBCmvs) were successively obtained after passing through a polycarbonate membrane with 100 nm bore diameter for several times.The filtered melanin precipitation was added to 100mL NaOH solution (0.1 M), and performed ultrasonic treatment for 60 min to obtain a melanin aqueous solution. RBCmvs were added to melanin solution and passed through a polycarbonate membrane with 100 nm bore diameter for 10 times to obtain RBCm-melanin. The prepared RBCm-melanin was mixed with glucose-PEG2000-DSPE solution and incubated at room temperature for 2h. The dialysis bag with the relative molecular weight of 3000 Da was used for dialysis 30 min at last to obtain biomimic photothermal melanin nanoparticles, namely glucose-RBCm-melanin (Glu-RBCm-melanin) and RBCm-melanin. 收起
