摘要 : In order to investigate the effects of crop residues on micro flora and enzyme activities in soil continuously cropped by cucumber in solar greenhouses, experiments with potted cucumber 'Xintaimici' were conducted by applying corn... 展开 In order to investigate the effects of crop residues on micro flora and enzyme activities in soil continuously cropped by cucumber in solar greenhouses, experiments with potted cucumber 'Xintaimici' were conducted by applying corn stalks, wheat strawor chicken manure at different manners. Compared with fertilization with chicken manure, application of stalks or straw alone or with 2% urea significantly improved the properties of continuous cropping soil in solar greenhouse, indicated by increased soil porosity and organic matter content, and reduced bulk density and salt accumulation. Application of stalks or straw mixed with chicken manure resulted in higher activities of urease and catalase than application of crop residues alone or with urea, and the highest of these two enzymes resulted from fertilization with chicken manure. Decomposed stalks or straw reduced significantly the activity of saccharase, compared with other treatments. Compared with decomposed stalks or straw, the application ofnon-decomposed ones promoted evidently the development of micro flora, application of non-decomposed stalks or straw also promoted the development of actinomyces and fungi compared to fertilization with chicken manure. Single application of stalks or straw did not change bacteria number, while it increased actinomyces number by 3.88 and 5.84 times, respectively. Different applying manners of non-decomposed stalks or straw brought about similar fungus number. 收起
