科研实验中心成立于二○○六年十一月，下设仪器室、实验室及办公室。中心集中了全校大型和超大型仪器设备，面向全校教师、研究生及本科生开放，提供全面服务。中心的任务是为全校从事医学科学研究的师生提供较完备的研究条件和实验平台以及专家咨询... 展开 科研实验中心成立于二○○六年十一月，下设仪器室、实验室及办公室。中心集中了全校大型和超大型仪器设备，面向全校教师、研究生及本科生开放，提供全面服务。中心的任务是为全校从事医学科学研究的师生提供较完备的研究条件和实验平台以及专家咨询服务，同时为各教研室及研究室培训实验技术人员。中心现有职工17人，其中高级职称3人，中级职称4人；实验室面积7000平方米；各类仪器设备300余台套，价值3000余万元。中心的宗旨是使我校的科研实验技术水平步入全国先进行列。为争取及完成高水平的科研项目提供技术保障。中心现有扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、激光共聚焦显微镜、流式细胞仪、激光显微切割捕获系统、蛋白纯化系统、病理图文分析系统、荧光定量PCR仪、高效液相色谱仪、制备型超速冷冻离心机、程序降温仪、真空冷冻干燥仪、正置/倒置荧光显微镜、生物反应器、紫外/可见/近红外/荧光光谱仪等大型仪器设备。中心为5层单体建筑，面积7000平方米。拥有BSL-2生物安全实验室150平方米，净化细胞培养间500平方米，符合GMP标准的净化实验室150平方米。 The Experimental Center for Medical Science Research of Kunming Medical University was founded in Nov. 2006. There are three subordinate departments: General Office, Instrument department, and Laboratories. The whole precious and precise equipments in Kunming Medical University are centralized in the center, and serve the whole teachers, undergraduates, and postgraduates of Kunming Medical University. The assignment of Experimental Center is not only offering self-contained research condition, experiment environment, and expert counseling service, but also training the experiment technicians or operators for each staff rooms or laboratory. At present, the number of workforce is 17, including 3 people owned senior professional certificate and 4 persons owned middle professional certificate. The Experimental Center has 300 equipments which valued 30 million and the area of the center is 7000 square meters. The aim of the Experimental Center is to promote Kunming Medical University into the leading group of China in the field of medical scientific research and experiment, also offering the technical support to apply and accomplish high-level research projects.The equipments in Experimental Center including Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM), Laser Scanning Confocal Microscope (LSCM), Flow Cytometer (FCM), Laser Capture Microdissection (LCM), Protein purification system, Pathological graphic analysis, Real-time qPCR (Fluorescence quantitive PCR), High Performance Liquid Chromatograph (HPLC), Preparative Refrigerated Ultracentrifuge, Controlled Rate Freezer, Vacuum Freeze Drier (Lyophilizer), Biological and Inversion Fluorescence Microscope, Bioreactor, Ultraviolet Spectrograph, Infrared Spectrometer, and Fluorescence Spectrophotometer (Spectrofluorometers).The new site of Experimental Center has 7,000 square meters of floor space on five floors. It contains the following departments: the BSL-2 Biosafety Laboratory which covering 150 square meters, the Depurative Cell Culture Laboratory has an area of 500 square meters and the Depurative Laboratory comply with the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) occupies a floor space of 150 square metres. 收起
