As part of this program, measurements were made on the WTS-4 wind turbine generator during its acceptance runs. This paper presents the results of these exploratory measurements for power output conditions in the range 1.0 to 4.2 MW. Data include noise levels, spectra, radiation patterns, effects of distance, and the associated perception thresholds for use in the further development of acceptance criteria for this type of machine. 收起
