This publication supplements NIST Handbook 150 (PB94-178225) 'NVLAP Procedures and General Requirements', which contains Part 285 of Title 15 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) plus all general NVLAP procedures, criteria, and policies. Handbook 150-6 contains information that is specific to the Carpet and Carpet Cushion program and does not duplicate information contained in the Procedures and General Requirements.
