Existing mathematical fitting methods for loss predictio... 展开 The characterization of magnetization and loss properties in electrical steel sheets subjected to dc bias is challenging due to the inherent nonlinearity of hysteresis loss. Existing mathematical fitting methods for loss prediction often require a large amount of data samples, making them impractical for engineering purposes, especially when dealing with dc bias conditions. Tellinen model presents an efficient and adaptable solution, capable of describing scalar magnetic processes by utilizing only one branch of the limiting hysteresis loop. Based on the statistical theory of losses (STL), the total loss comprises hysteresis loss, classical loss, and excess loss components. Given that hysteresis loss is directly proportional to the area enclosed by the hysteresis loop, the nonlinear static hysteresis loss variation can be obtained by fitting the asymmetric quasi-static hysteresis loop under dc bias using the Tellinen model. Assuming that the magnetic field under dc bias is the superposition of both ac and dc fields, classical loss and excess loss can be calculated accordingly. By combining those losses, a novel method for calculating total loss in electrical steel sheets under dc bias is developed. The simulation results demonstrate excellent agreement with experimental measurements, indicating the effectiveness of this method. 收起
