Methodology: It's a qualitative study to determine the consequence and requires proper association/or people to find what they want in the library snappily. Library structure and macrocosm administration is an area oflibrarianship with little exploration mindfiilness by library and information authorities in the library literature in this part of the creation. Findings : Some consequences of the library as space and place were given, and suggestions were made for the gratefulness of library structure as an area of study in the library and information wisdom profession. Digital elaboration and revolution in the information world are affecting university libraries. Value: Since the arising university library services and the new places of the educational librarians in an ever-changing and knowledge-ferocious terrain, there's a call for the belle epoque in library structures. A current library structure that's designed and operates with the features of openness, inflexibility, multifunctional, and art is recommended for every university. A mongrel library with print, audio-visual, digital coffers and services are also suggested for the survival of the library as a space and place in this period. 收起
