The study is based upon interaction with 25 HR experts in two phases and uses Total interpretive Structural Modelling to develop workplace flexibility framework. Further, the driver-dependence matrix is used to classify the enablers into four categories: autonomous, drivers, linkages and dependents to establish enablers' influence on OCB. The proposed workplace flexibility framework will give insight to both management and employees into ways of advancing the OCB behaviors.
