Tu-zhang-fang, which is a kind of Yi minority's residential buildings with most ecological advantageous, not only can save energy, but also adapt to local climate, soil conditions and environment. It has good regional adaptation. But now, Tu-zhang-fang is facing the demise. In this paper, the mainly work is analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of Tu-zhang-fang about its rammed earth material, and designing experiments, which are about the modification of the material, to improve the water resistance, anti-freezing, bonding, plasticity and strength of shear force of the materials, and then giving reasonable points and direction of the optimization. The ultimate goal is to enhance the seismic behavior, increase building layers, optimal land utilization, enrich the interior space and meet the growing living requirements of comfort. This paper provides an effective way, by considering from the "re-build" conservation ideas of residential culture, for the revival of these traditional distinctive residences with high value to be extended, as Tu-zhang-fang.

Due to long-term development of water injection and vague awareness of heterogeneity in Tou Tai oilfield, remaining oil form and gather, which form potential area. In order to resolve this problem, fine division and correlation of strata is needed. In guidance of theory in high-resolution sequence, considering level and using core, logging and seismic data, High-resolution sequence stratigraphy has been studied. Study show that Fu Yu reservoir can be divided into 3 long-term、 18 mid-term、 34 short-term base level cycles. Through the identification of sequence interface in single well and using well logging curve shape、 marker bed、 changes in strata thickness、 characteristic in lithological combination to conduct correlation of strata, then chronostratigraphic sequence framework is established. And complex sand body is accurately divided and correlate into single sand body, which provide vitally geologic bases to remaining oil for potential exploration.

The main and control circuit of CO_2 welding power, which is mode of full-bridge and IGBT inverter, is designed based on DSP (Digital Signal Processor). The designing include sub-modules based on DSP such as the sampling signal circuit, the control circuit for external characteristics, the PWM (Pulse-Width -Modulation) control circuit of welding inverter, the IGBT drive circuit and etc. This designing can strengthen the reliability of feedback regulation property on CO_2 inverter welding power can enhance the stability of the parameters from the power system. The experimental result shows that the inverter welding power has good feedback regulation and stability properties during the CO_2 welding process.

Mao-Bushi-Saishin-To (MBST, Ma-Huang-Fu-Zi-Xin-Tang) and Hochu-Ekki-To (HET, Bu-Zhong-Yi-Qi-Tang), traditional oriental medicines, were orally administered to 1-year-old C3H/ HeN female mice once a day for 5 days. The day after the last administration, the mice were vaccinated with 1 mul of commercial influenza HA vaccine subcutaneously. Three weeks later, the same quantity of vaccine was inoculated. After the 2nd inoculation, blood samples were collected from the jugular vein for 20 weeks, and HI liters to each vaccine strain were measured. In the MBST and HET administered group, the HI titer for B/Mie/1/93 was higher than that of the control group from 1 to 4 weeks after the 2nd inoculation, and it was significantly higher at 2 and 4 weeks after the 2nd inoculation. However, no significant differences were observed for A/Yamagata/32/89 and A/ Wuhan/359/95 strains. From these results, it became clear that antibody production to the vaccine B strain was increased by oral administration of MBST or HET before influenza vaccination.
