Effective and efficient exchange and cooperation of information and goods between enterprises is a crucial prerequisite to compete successfully in globalized supply networks. Such business-to-business (b2b) integration affecting various partners across the whole supply network is very complex and dynamic by nature and may include multiple levels of integration (like data, application, business process, etc.) at the same time. The paper aims at analyzing concepts for b2b integration at different levels. The methodology comprises a thematic analysis, focusing on b2b models and frameworks in scientific literature, an empirical study to demonstrate the practical relevance, a classification and consolidation of findings in science and practice, and case studies to proof the practical applicability of the proposed concepts.

Partial cones' are classified as pulsars where the steepest gradient (SG) of the polarization-position angle (PPA) traverse lies towards one edge of the pulse profile. Here we present single pulse polarimetric observations of various `partial cones' observed with the Giant Meterwave Radio Telescope (GMRT) and the Arecibo Observatory(AO). We find several interesting emission properties for this class of pulsars: (a) in some cases we find sudden flarings where the dimmer part of the pulse profile becomes brighter; (b) We see evidence for drifting, signifying that the emission from this pulsar is possibly centered around the magnetic axis; and (c) the SG of the PPA tends to be towards the trailing edge of the profile. We conclude that the emission properties of partial cones are consistent with the relativistic beaming model of BCW, where the lagging PA traverse with respect to the total intensity profile is a natural prediction of the model.

The parameters like BTE, BSFC, CO, HC and smoke opacity are measured and analyzed. It is observed that B20K, B20B, B20M have comparable engine performance with less emission without any problem with existing diesel engines.

Alumina is a refractory material and required more heat input to fuse thereby affecting the desired sintering temperature i.e. 1300℃. It goes in between the grain boundaries of the bond and makes it weaker. Sinter strength decreases with increasing alumina content and weak sinter generates more fines thereby reduces the net sinter production as well as plant productivity. Presence of impurities beyond acceptable norm: such as LOI, Al_2O_3, MnO, TiO_2, K_2O, Na_2O, Hydrates (Goethite & Limonite), SiO_2, phosphorous and zinc, has led to greater challenges in the thrust areas such as productivity, quality and cost. The ultimate aim of this study is maintaining the sinter strength even with high Al_2O without hampering the plant productivity. This study includes mineralogy test of iron fines to find out the fraction of different phases present in the ore and phase analysis of product sinter to know the distribution of different phases. Corrections were done focusing majorly on varying Al_2O_3/SiO_2 ratio, basicity: B_2 (CaO/SiO_2), B3 (CaO+MgO/SiO_2) and B4 (CaO+MgO/SiO_2+Al_2O_3). Concept of Alumina/Silica ratio, B3 & B4 found to be useful. We used to vary MgO, Al_2O_3/SiO_2, B2, B3 and B4 to get the desired sinter strength even at high alumina (4.2 - 4.5%) in sinter.

Therefore study of preventive actions to counter the effect of alumina is a pre requisite to maintain and/or improve the sinter strength. Various trials by regulating the B2, B, B4 and Al2O3/SiO2 ratio has been done for improvement in sinter strength. In addition mineralogy test of both iron ore fines and sinter product were also conducted.

The paper is to implement high-speed serial communication between FPGAs with 8B/10B protocol. High-speed data transmission or data bus often use 8B/10B protocol, such as Serial ATA, PCI Express, Fiber Channel, Internet. In general the development platform of FPGA has built-in 8B/10B IP core, such as the Quartus II and ISE, i.e. the 8B/10B IP core will be limited by different platforms. In this paper, an 8B/10B open source will be employed to solve this problem and applied to the merger board and universal trigger board of KEK [1] Belle II [2] experimental trigger system for connection testing where the transmission data rate is successfully achieved up to 3.125 Gbps. The testing results and comparisons among Aurora 8B/10B, Belle II 8B/10B and 8B/10B open source protocols will be included.

Recently, the business-to-business (B2B) corporate brands have garnered attention. Studies using large-scale B2B company brand surveys across companies and industries have not been conducted because it is generally difficult to identify people who possess some familiarity with B2B companies externally. In this study, we use a B2B corporate brand survey data using a large business card exchange network in Japan as a proxy variable for brand power. We use the survey data to investigate the relationship between stakeholders' impressions of B2B corporate brands and corporate performance. The results show that firms with high brand have high performance. We also identified the B2B brand components using supervised topic models, and we clarified the relationship with performance. These results are not only new findings for B2B brand research but also useful for brand strategies of B2B companies.
