Os canais digitais sao, atualmente, ferramentas bastante relevantes na comunicacao organizacional nas vertentes business to business (B2B), business to consumer (B2C) e consumer to consumer (C2C), nao devendo, por isso, ser descuradas. O turismo em geral, e a hotelaria em particular, devido as suas carateristicas intrinsecas, encontram-se particularmente influenciados por esta tendencia. Neste sentido, o objetivo da presente investigacao passa por compreender a influencia que as redes genericas e nao genericas exercem no setor hoteleiro, tanto, sob a otica da entidade como do consumidor. Para tal, foram recolhidos dados em diversos canais digitais de doze estabelecimentos hoteleiros situados na cidade do Porto, com diferentes classificacoes. Perante os resultados obtidos, ficou claro que o conteudo e a presenca, variam consoante a classificacao, sendo importante determinar-se o target e o posicionamento que se pretende atingir antes de definir qualquer estrategia de comunicacao a implementar.

Databases are a fundamental part of the systems of organizations, companies or enterprises, therefore, the importance of a suitable selection of the database manager to use implies the correct functioning of the system and a factor of business success. This work is focused on measuring the performance between SQL and NoSQL databases by executing several tests defined in different scenarios, which differ in the number of clients and the number of transactions that will increase in each scenario and also the definition of benchmarks for hardware such as CPU usage, disk I / O, memory and software such as, response time, number of operations successfully executed; which will allow a comparative analysis between SQL and NoSQL databases or what is known as database benchmarking, obtaining a clearer view of the behavior and consumption of resources of each database manager.

This research proposes an IT Government model for Public Institutions with a focus on Higher Education, for which the best IT governance practices were used, such as COBIT 5 and the ISO 38500 standard, with the purpose of generating value (obtaining of benefits, optimization of risks and resources) to the Institution to position the IT department as a strategic area in the fulfillment of institutional objectives. The main motivation to carry out this proposal was to support the current and future strategic decisions of the Higher Education Institution. Subsequently, the validation of the model proposed in the SENESCYT is carried out; that allows to progressively reach the levels of capacity in the processes of Information Technology for the achievement of a good IT Government. Finally, as a result of the research and in order to maintain the perception of value in the adoption of the IT Governance Framework, it is recommended to carry out a continuous measurement of the results obtained in the action plan to improve the catalysts, according to the Results of the proposed management indicator, in order to progressively achieve improvements in the level of capacity, this will facilitate the identification of initiatives to improve the IT Corporate Governance Framework.

La presente investigacion propone un modelo de Gobierno de TI para Instituciones Publicas con enfoque en la Educacion Superior, para ello se analizaron las mejores practicas de gobernanza de TI como lo es COBIT 5 y el estandar ISO 38500, con el proposito de generar valor (obtencion de beneficios tales como reduccion de costos en la adquisicion de insumo e implementos tecnologicos, disminucion de tiempos de servicio, procesos, optimizacion de riesgos, mejora en la gestion del personal) a la Institution al posicionar al departamento de TI como area estrategica en el cumplimiento de los objetivos institucionales. La motivation principal para realizar esta propuesta, fue la de apoyar las decisiones estrategicas actuales y a futuro de la Institucion de educacion superior promotora del cambio de la matriz productiva del pais (enfocada en la matriz productiva del conocimiento y la tecnologia). Posteriormente, se efectua la validation del modelo propuesto en la Secretaria de educacion superior, ciencia, tecnologia e innovation (SENESCYT) del Ecuador, que permita alcanzar progresivamente los niveles de capacidad en los procesos de Tecnologia de la Informacion para la consecution de un buen Gobierno de TI. Finalmente como un resultado de la investigacion y con el proposito de mantener la perception del valor en la adoption del Marco de Gobierno de TI, se recomienda realizar una medicion continua de los resultados obtenidos en el plan de action de mejora de los catalizadores (politicas, procesos, estructura organizativa, cultura, etica y comportamiento, informacion, servicios, infraestructura y aplicaciones, personas, habilidades y competencias), segun los resultados del indicador de gestion propuesto, a fin de alcanzar progresivamente mejoras en el nivel de capacidad, esto facilitara la identification de iniciativas para mejorar el Marco de Gobierno Corporativo de TI a mas de lograr madurez de las TI dentro de las instituciones publicas.
