The research status quo and the tendency of temperature distribution in rolling tire are briefly discussed in the paper and it is stressed the method of using FEM to solve the heat transfer differential equation, which is used to describe the stable and unstable temperature distribution in the rolling tire. On the basis of this theory an application software of temperature distribution is designed.

machine tool is described and the mathematic expression of
the 5-UPS/PRPU parallel machine tool's velocity mapping
matrix is derived. The genetic algorithms is introduced in the
search of the singular configuration and the extrema of the
kinematics performance of the parallel machine tool. The
non-singular workspace of the parallel machine tool and the
corresponding extrema of the kinematics performance
evaluation indices are obtained. The numerical analysis
results prove the effectiveness of the algorithm.

A new kind of solar chimney power plant system combining chimney and heat collector was designed. Paraffin was chosen as the material of energy storage layer and the unsteady conjugate numerical simulation of the system was done by Fluent. The operation condition of the system was simulated when the solar radiation value was changed with time according to the actual situation. Simulation results showed that: with the increase of solar radiation, flow velocity of the air and the maximum output power increased. At twelve o'clock, the air velocity could reach 1.24 m/s and output power was 122W. Due to the energy storage effect of phase change materials, the system had output power of 1.3W at night. Moreover because of the continuous work of the heat storage layer, in the same condition of solar radiation, the air velocity and maximum output power increased with the system operation days extended.

The main purpose of this paper was to determine the thermo-physical properties in different parts of tire rubber and analyze the influence of the thermo-physical properties with temperature variation on the curing temperature field of tire. Thermo-physical properties in different parts of tire rubber were measured by NanoflashTM in the curing process, the relation curve of thermo-physical properties on temperature was obtained, and the linear relations of heat conductivity anid specific heat of rubber on temperature were obtained by the regression analysis. Using the finite element software to build a two-dimensional model of the tires, and curing temperature field distribution was predicted by simulating the tire vulcanization process .The temperature distribution and variation curve of temperature measuring points were obtained in the cueing process. The analysis result indicates that the thermo-physical properties have a significant impact on the temperature field, and the influence of the heat conductivity on temperature field is more obvious than that of specific heat.

The distributions in different particle sizes of municipal solid waste incinerator (MSWI) fly ash in spring and autumn were studied by sieve method, and the heavy metal contents of Cu, Zn, Mn, Pb, Cd, Ni, Cr and Hg in different size particles were measured, and the heavy metal leaching amount in the different particle size were also studied under the GB5085.3-2007 and USEPA-TCLP leaching procedure, respectively. The results showed that the particle size of fly ash in autumn was relatively smaller than that of in spring, more than 90% of particle size of fly ash in spring and autumn were less than 250 μm, and the particle size in 83-105 μm of fly ash in spring distributes in most with about 40% of the total, but 105-149 μm in autumn distributes in most, accounted for about 45% of the total. The content of heavy metals decreased first and then increased with the decreasing particle sizes except for Ni, and the content of heavy metals in the spring is higher than that of in autumn except for Fe and Zn. Under the GB5085.3-2007 leaching procedure, the leaching content of Cu, Zn and Ni in MSWI fly ash in both spring and autumn and Cr in spring were not beyond limited standard, but Pb and Cd in both spring and autumn and Cr in autumn were beyond limited standard. However, under TCLP leaching procedure, the leaching content of Pb, Cr and Cd in both spring and autumn were beyond the standard limits.

Particle Filter is the key issue in mobile robot MCL (Monte Carlo Loclaization, MCL). To overcome particle set degeneracy phenomenon of the traditional MCL algorithm, a new Cubature MCL algorithm is proposed in this paper. The proposed Cubature MCL algorithm utilizes cubature kalman filter to generate more accuracy proposal distribution, which introduce most recent measurements into Sequential Importance Sampling (SIS) routine of the particle filter. The performance of the Cubature MCL algorithm is presented and analyzed in simulations. The results verify the effectiveness of the proposed Cubature MCL algorithm. The Cubature MCL provides a valuable reference for the mobile robot localization algorithm research.

The influence of initial curing temperature on curing temperature field and cure state in the process of tire curing was studied by FE (Finite Element) analysis method. Preheating was carried out under atmospheric pressure. Preheating temperature should be lower than curing temperature to prevent the air bubbles. The temperature was set at 20°C, 30°C, 40°C, 50°C, 60°C, 70°C. The results show that the preheating treatment cause the temperature rise uniformly in each parts of the tire, which not only shortened the curing time in the curing press, but also improved the uniformity of curing state of the tire.
