It is only an assumption to simplify the reality that there is no contact force between cracks. In many cases, unilateral crack may be more close to reality, i.e. there is a contact force between cracks. A dynamic experimental system was used to measure the contact force in organic glass with cracks. Curves of time versus contact force established through experiments show that the magnitude of contact force relates to the interrelation among external forces, contact points and falling points.

Some facilities were designed across the free surface and the argon space.If the phenomenon of gas entrainment was neglect,more severe flow will be on the free surface,such as the violence wave,surface circulation,vortex,gaseous core and so on.These will lead the argon to be entrained into the downward liquid.It will bring in the risk of the argon-entraining coolant tank.If the entrained argon move into the reactor core,it will bring in the power shock,CHF,facilities damage and so on.Therefore the experiment of gas entrainment for reactor entity design must be conducted to study on the gas entrainment possibility and potential mechanism.

On the basis of the geological characteristics of primary gold deposits, with an experiment on modelling the environment of gold mineralization , the evolutionary array and growth mechanism and their relationship with gold mineralization of the crystal forms of pyrite, i. e. pentagonal dodecahedron, octahedron and cube, formed under the different values of fo2, fs2, T (℃), P(Pa) and C (salinity) in the hy-drothermal system are studied. The results show that the crystal form of pyrite is not only related to the temperature L, but also affected by the geochemistry of iron and sulfur which formed pyrite and other physicochemical conditions.Our results promote the study of gold mineralization, genetic and prospecting mineralogy.

·AIM: To investigate the characteristics and criterion of graft rejection in mice model. ·METHODS: C57BL/6 or BALB/c mice corneal grafts were grafted onto BALB/c hosts. Each group was divided into two subgroups according to the corneal opacity scores 12d after transplantation. The characteristics of opacity and neovascularization were observed. Mice of the 12 th , 50 th day after transplantation, the grafts biopsy of mice in allogeneic group 1, which opacity score exceed 3, were prepared for histological observation and those restore transparent were endothelial stained. ·RESULTS: There was no difference of corneal opacity score on the 7 th and 12 th day after operation; the histological results had no disparity between syngeneic group and allogeneic group. On the 12 th day after surgery, the turbidity curve was apparent in grafts with opacity score <2. Mononuclear cells were shown in grafts with opacity score reached 3 in allogeneic group 1. Different rejection performance was observed in tissue sections on the 50 th day after surgery. ·CONCLUSION: Grafts, opacity score exceeds 3 from the 7 th to the 12 th day after operation could not be judged as a rejection. We should pay more attention to the variation of grafts opacity since 12d after corneal transplantation.·

Using the solubility method, the solubility of CuCl2 in liquid-undersaturated HCl-bearing water vapor was investigated experimentally at temperatures of 330-370℃ and pressures of 4.2-10 MPa. The results have shown that hydration could significantly enhance copper solubility and the concentrations of copper were positively correlated with PH2O. The solubility of copper in vapor phase increased with increasing PH2O at the constant temperature. CuCl2 was transported as hydrated species CuCl2(H2O)ngas in water vapor. The formation of complexes is proposed to be the result of the following reaction:CuCl2solid + nH2Ogas = CuCl2 (H2O)ngas The hydration number n decreased slightly with increasing temperature. Statistical hydration numbers are 4.0, 3.6 and 3.3 at 330, 350 and 370℃, respectively.

Psoriasis is a common,chronic,recurrent inflammatory skin disorder whose etiology is still unknown.It is believed that a multiple-gene inheritance is involved and it also involves various factors such as immunity,inflammation,cell proliferation,apoptosis,neural media,etc.Since cytokines are key mediators in inflammation,a number of Chinese medicines(CMs)have been reported to have certain antagonist effects on pro-inflammatory cytokines such as tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-α),platelet active factor(PAF)and interleukin-8(IL-8).Some researches on CMs have made significant breakthroughs in psoriasis by intervening with cytokines.Abnormalities with keratinocyte proliferation and apoptosis are considered to be present in patients with psoriasis and a number of studies show that the mechanism of CMs on psoriasis may be through the inhibition of the keratinocyte proliferation and induction of apoptosis.Other studies also show that the inhibition of fibroblast-secreted cytokines could regulate keratinocyte proliferation and differentiation and reduce the level of Calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)in plasma and in lesions so as to slow down the process of inflammation and proliferation in psoriasis.The most commonly used models for psoriasis are the scaled tails or the vaginal epithelium of mice in China.They were used to observe the histopathological changes after the model mice were treated with CMs with the inhibition on the mitosis of vaginal epithelium or promotion of granular layer in rat tail taken as the indices of clinical efficacy.A variety of signs occur in psoriasis patients with TCM blood-stasis syndrome type and the effect of CMs in activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis on psoriasis suggested that the mechanism of CMs may be partially correlated to hemorrheology and microcirculation.Along with the continuous development of the biosciences,some TCM theories for psoriasis have been confirmed by laboratory studies.However,the exploration into traditional Chinese medicines' biomechanics in psoriasis and the therapeutic mechanism of CMs by integrative medicine still requires further studies.

In order to understand the capacity of water vapor to transport copper and its mechanism,using the solubility method, the solubility of copper in undersaturated water vapor was investigated experimentally at temperatures from 310 ℃ to 350 ℃ and pressures from 42 × 105 to 100 × 105 Pa. Results of these experiments show that the presence of water vapor increases the concentration of Cu in the gus. At a constant temperature, the solubility of copper increases with increasing water vapor pressure.Copper may exist as hydrated gaseous particles in the vapor phase, and the dissolution process can be denumber decreases with increasing temperature, varying from ~6 at 310 ℃, to ~5 at 330 ℃, and ~4at 350 ℃. The results show that interactions between gas-solvent H2O and copper will significantly enhance the dissolution and transport capacity of copper in the gas phase.
