A complete nonlinear model of the 3-dB hybrid-coupled power combiner is proposed forthe first time and a set of state equations describing this nonlinear system are derived.Nonlinear analysis on the hybrid-coupled power combiner is performed by using the Routh-Hurwitz stability criterion. All the operation parameters, such as the output power, thecombining efficiency, the operating frequency and the bandwidth, are calculated correctly.Therefore, it is possible to fulfil the computer-aided analysis (CAA) and the computer-aideddesign (CAD) of complex corporation and tandem power-combining systems.

A simple fast correlation attack is used to analysis the security of Bluetooth combiner in this paper.This attack solves the tradeoff between the length of the keystream and the computing complexity needed to recover the secret key. We give the computing complexities of the attack algorithm according to different lengths of the known keystream. The result is less time-consuming than before. It is also shown that the security of the modified Bluetooth combiner by Hermelin and Nyberg is not significantly enhanced.

We propose a model based on the optimal weighted combinational forecasting with constant terms, give formulae of the weights and the average errors as well as a relation of the model and the corresponding model without constant terms, and compare these models. Finally an example was given, which showed that the fitting precision has been enhanced.

Electric power system is one of the most important and complex engineering in modern society, supplying main and general power for social production and social life. Meanwhile, since it is a productive system with both high input and output, it has an obvious economic significance to improve its operating efficiency. For an example, an unit is 10 GW year. It will be discussed mainly that how to establish optimization model and its numerical algorithm for operating management of the electric power system. The idea on establishing optimization model is how to dispatch work state of units or power plants, so that total cost of fuel consumption for generation is reduced to the minimum. Here the dispatch is to decide which unit or plant to operate, which unit or plant to stop running, how much power should be generated for those operating units or plants at each given time interval.
