This paper describes the innovation schemes of the interface of a CNC machinewhich cannot communicate with a computer by a Direct Numerical Control(DNC)interface andthe functions of a DNC interface system.One architecture of hardware and software of a practi-cal single-chip computer based on DNC interface system developed by the authors is given.Without any change of the original hardware and software,this DNC interface system has beenused to innovate the CNC machine’s interface to implement the direct communication between acomputer and a CNC machine and to achieve no tape transmission of a part program and ma-chine parameters.It has been demonstrated that this DNC interface system has certain practicalvalues in improving the reliability,efficiency and production management of CNC/NC machine.

This paper introduces a SF vector control system of a slip frequency controlled induction mo-tor with simple structure,fair performance and convenient operation.It is realized by two singlechip microprocessors and fed from SPWM-GTR inverter.The whole system is combined by twosubsystems,both of them are 8031 single chip microprocessors.The communication between themis coordinated by the full duplex serial port within the chip and ask-and-answer communicationmanner.The error-corrected means adopted has improved the operation reliability of the system.A series of experimental results on a 3 kW induction motor are given at the end of this paper.

The DC motor digital servo control board constructed by AT89S52 is used as the lower motion control unit, which communicates through the serial interface to form a movement Control System.
