Subscriptions and mobile service penetration began risingsteadily in 2015; EIU expects this to continue, with mobile subscriber growthaveraging 1.9% in 2023-27. Stronger growth will be held back by high inflation and high interest rates, which will squeeze incomes. As a result, thepenetration rate will rise from an estimated 102% in 2022 to 108% in 2027.
