A 65-year-old woman with refractory large B-cell lymphoma underwent F-18-FDG PET/CT imaging 35 days after a chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy. The images showed progression of the left maxillary lesion and additional involvement of the left facial subcutaneous tissue. Pathological examination of the left facial lesion led to a diagnosis of early hyperprogression of lymphoma. 收起
