Thermodynamic analysis is used to study the influence of drying, sintering, and melts on LiFePO_4: the change is not obvious when drying LiFePO_4 at 150°C under vacuum conditions; sintering LiFePO_4 at 150-750 °C, the oxidation reaction of Li_3Fe_2(PO_4)_3 and Fe_2O_3 begins to occur when the temperature reaches 350 °C; the reaction of LiFePO_4 to Ca2PO_4Cl and Ca_5(PO_4)_3Cl occurs in the NaCl-CaCl_2 melts at 600-800 °C. The higher the temperature, the more violent the reaction. Fe and Li are dissolved in molten salt in the form of FeCl_2 and LiCl. 收起
