Now more than ever your leadership is needed to ensurethe pesticide and fertilizer products you've come to rely on are available when and where you need them. As members of the green industry, we must not underestimate the policy challenges we face at the local level. National groups, with the overarching goal of eliminating all pesticides and phosphorous fertilizers, are seeking to pick off certain products and uses and to replicate the model across the country. Our opponents are well-funded, nationally networked and very effective at using the internet to attract and support local advocates.
