摘要: To examine the toxicity of residue of succinylcholine chloride (SCC), the residue of SCC from experimental mice killed by 2ml 10 g/L injection of SCC was determined by the method of H-NMR and the residue toxicity was tested. 60 mi... 展开 To examine the toxicity of residue of succinylcholine chloride (SCC), the residue of SCC from experimental mice killed by 2ml 10 g/L injection of SCC was determined by the method of H-NMR and the residue toxicity was tested. 60 mice divided into six groups, were given with SCC, 625, 62.5, 6.25, 0.625 mg/kg, administered orally by the dose of 50mg; The control group were fed with the same amount dose with distilled water; cyclophosphamide toxicity tests for the same amount of control group; Accumulation coefficient method was used to examine the coefficient using 40 mice. Results showed that the content of drug residue of SCC is about 4mg in an experimental mouse. A cute toxicity test showed the LD50 is about 79mg/kg, accumulation coefficient (k) is 0.67， less than 1. 收起
