摘要: This paper probes into the exploitation of human resources and its fairness and dependency period of human resources from the view of education level,retirement age and life expectancy changes based on the population average worki... 展开 This paper probes into the exploitation of human resources and its fairness and dependency period of human resources from the view of education level,retirement age and life expectancy changes based on the population average working life model.The result indicates that it will not be feasible to utilize all the increment in longevity to extend years of retirement.The elastic retirement system,fully exploiting different kinds of human resources and adequately meeting needs of different crowds,may be a rational choice no matter from the perspective of efficiency or fairness. 收起
