In particular, the electron-induced vibrational excitation/relaxation of H-2 molecules and particle-surface interaction (vibrational relaxation, atom recombination, ion neutralization, direct negative ion production) have been considered in detail in view to estimate the importance of plasma volumetric recombination by molecular assisted reactions (MAR) and the possible electron heating near the wall.
