We successfully synthesized (Nd_(0.55), Li_(0.35))TiO_3 powders with an average grain size of 2 nm by the sol-gel method. Using ultrafme (Nd_(0.55), Li_(0.35))TiO_3 powders, A-site-ordered and homogeneous ceramic possessing dramatically improved dielectric properties could be obtained at 1150 °C. Excellent dielectric properties (Q x/= 8250 GHz, e_r = 84.3) were achieved. 收起
