In this paper, we study the impact of Offshoring on firm-level and the relationship between offshoring motivation and success of offshoring, and between offshoring risk factors and success of offshoring. A large scale survey will be conducted and through this, we plan to identify the practices which result in success of offshoring to the firm through critical success factor analysis. 收起
