The purpose of this research is to identify the human security concerns in Bangladesh''s garment industry. This project incorporated both quantitative as well as qualitative data were used. The samples used in the study come from people who work in the garments industry. The simple random sampling method of300samples was divided into3groups by3districts Dhaka,Narayonganj, and Gazipur. The tool used in the study is questionnaires for collecting data from those people who voluntarily responded to the questionnaire, reliability was tested via the Cronbach alpha method and the validity has checked the accuracy of content from qualified experts.Descriptive statistics, percentages, means, standard deviations, and inferential statistics are all utilized in data analysis. There are independent variables, namely health security, economic security, and environmental security and sustainable development as dependent variable. This research can be classified into three categories. The first set of elements in this research that health security includes two observed variable namely HI amp;CI that influence sustainable development, and the second group of factors is economic security includes observed variable namely JS amp;SS,and the third group of factors about environmental security includes WP amp;MP,that can affect sustainable development of garments industry. JS,WP,MP,CI,HI independent variables are statistically significant relationship with healthcare issues(HI)(t=6.964,p<0.000,Beta=0.392),workplace safety(CI)(t=3.545,p<0.000,Beta=0.180),ability to solve the environmental problem(WP)(t=3.236,p<0.001,Beta=0.152),prevention of accidents and related impact(MP)(t=2.048,p<0.041,Beta=0.100),protection against unemployment(JS)(t=2.256,p<0.025,Beta=0.089)for sustainable development(DM). In combination,HI,CI,MP,WP,JS,and SS accounted for58.9%of the variability in sustainable development(DM),R2=0.589,adjusted R2=0.580,F(6,293)=69.889,p<.0001).The KMO index was0.897.Cronbach Alpha coefficient test results for the study''s attributes range is from0.924to0.657.
