Procedures for the analyses of a variety of sample types are presented and, provided adequate precautions are taken, these are quick and precise. With a 1 kW X-ray tube, the limit of determination if 4 ppM for ores and 2 ppM for aqueous solutions; coefficients of variation for ores are 5.2% at the 40 ppM level, and 1.2% at the 500 ppM level. 7 references, 1 figure, 13 tables. 收起
