The... 展开 This report summarizes the discussions of an informal working meeting of U.S. scientists interested in the winter monsoon;the meeting was held at the National Center for Atmospheric Research,Boulder,Colorado,on 21-23June 1977. The meeting aimed to arrive at a well-defined set of U.S. scientific objectives and observational requirements and an estimate of potential U.S. participation in Winter MONEX. Participants also discussed data requirements, i.e.,the meteorological parameters to be measured and their accuracy and resolution in time and space in order to ascertain the suitability and availability of special measuring systems and platforms. 收起
