Engineering, testing and construction continued on the facility outside of the sphere and for the materials, systems, and piping within the sphere. These are explained in greater detail in the sections following. During the period, as of June 5, 1988, the total amount of engineering completed of the total amount of approved contract changes, increased to 92%.
