EPA believes that much of the progress of this restoration program can be attributed to its partnership approach and the participants' willingness to set bold, long-term environmental goals and to use environmental and other outcome measures to set bold, long-term environmental goals and to use environmental and other outcome measures to monitor results and inform the public. Lessons learned from this program may be of particular interest to other natural resource agencies and to any governmental entity with interest in outcome-based management. 收起
