Th... 展开 Digital simulation methods that have been developed and implemented in the APLACcircuit simulator are presented. The digital methods have been combined with the existing analog methods to compose a mixed-mode simulation system. The developed digital DC and transient analysis algorithm is event-driven and selective-trace, and it uses an event buffer to store events to be realized. It controls digital components that have been created, as well. The most important of them BigBlock, acts as a basic description block of digital circuits. An arbitrary combinatorial digital component can be defined with it. A new mixed-mode DC analysis and transient analysis with a fixed and with a variable time step is examined in this report. It is demonstrated with three examples how the mixed-mode algorithm works and how it affects the speed and the accuracy of the simulation. 收起
