Departures in the context of nonlinear stability analysis are the transient state and control variable bifurcations from a stability region pertinent to a static or a dynamic stabilizing controller at the inner loop. In combat aircraft, control variables are indeed the moving control surface generated forces and moments (or loads) relative to the wing generated loads for a fixed propulsive force. These transient fears in the present aircraft are alleviated by making the aircraft to fly across the wind tunnel data and its configurations. Thus, the demand for expensive wind tunnel and flight tests to infer the effects of stores and departures are exponentially increased. In this paper, an algorithm to infer stability regions and accommodate variations in mass properties and wind tunnel data due to the stores in such regions are discussed. In addition, the stability regions permit to visualize the aircraft departures prior to physical real-time fight tests. 收起
