This report uses the example of acylindrical gear stage of an electric car to investigate how geometrical deviations influence theexcitation characteristics as a function of torque. It is shown that the transmission error (TE) reactssensitively to small deviation differences in terms of value and curve course in dependence of torque.By means of a correlation analysis between the deviation types (profile/flank) and the TE, the relevantcharacteristic values of the deviation types are determined and their influence on the excitation isshown. The need for an extended tolerance system, which defines tolerances for deviations regardingtheir significance towards TE, can be concluded due to this report if the excitations of high-speedgears are to be further reduced in a cost-oriented manner. 收起
