The scheme is given to design the numerical control one-way analog scanning switch, the key component in the delay line. The simulation result indicates that the system can realize the function of the analog/digit IF signal numerical control delay, and reduce the circuit's complexity greatly. It is prossessed of the advantages of precise delay time, wider bandwidth and lower price. Especially, the shorter delay time and the wider bandwidth enable this design method to apply in higher communication speed easily. 收起
