The objective is to determine the standard dose of HDs showing steady binding interaction. HDs were tested for binding interaction by isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC). The 4 μl dose showed uniformity in binding reaction then the 2 μl dose tested. So 4 μl dose is the standard one for ITC test with HSA. 收起
