While ethical equity and bond funds are reasonably abundant, ethical property funds are much harder to find. A few do exist, but these appear to raise some ethical issues in their own right, in particular, the role of ethical criteria relating to tenants' activities. It would appear that in this respect there is a gap in the ethical product range provided by the fund management industry with a lack of property funds that would meet the requirements of committed ethical investors. 收起
