At this stage, teachers have psychological demands such as personal career development and educational concept upgrading. This paper probes into the factors influencing teachers’ psychological adaptation in the integration of industry and education, and puts forward the cognitive adjustment mechanism, emotional adjustment mechanism, behavioral adaptation mechanism and social support mechanism, aiming at providing support for teachers’ psychological adaptation in vocational colleges. 收起
