某型弹上电源变换装置检测设备的设计OA

Design of Testing Equipment for Power Conversion Device of the Missile

针对目前弹上电源变换装置检测设备测量精度和可靠性均比较低,且测试步骤繁琐、维修困难、需要人工实时监测的现状,设计了一套基于Labwindows/CVI的电源变换装置自动检测设备.首先,结合设计要求对电源变换装置自动检测设备进行理论设计,采用PC/104总线的设计思想;其次,对测试设备的模拟信号进行隔离放大处理,利用PM 518进行数据采集;最后,采用Labwindows/CVI实现软件设计,对模拟输入电源变换装置的两路三相电压和输出电压U1,U2,U3以及励磁电压进行采集来检测设备的输出稳定性.测试结果表明,该设备可以一次测试四套产品,提高了工作效率且直流输出电压、励磁电压可保持在(28.5±3)V,交流输入电压在20~25 V内连续可调,两组三相输出线电压偏差不大于0.2 V,实测电流保持在负载电流±1 A.

In view of the situations of the low measurement accuracy and reliability of missile power con-version device testing equipment,the cumbersome testing procedure,difficult maintenance of the de-vice,and that it can not be separated from the status of real-time monitoring,a set of automatic detec-tion device for power converter was designed based on Labwindows/CVI.First of all,design the auto-matic test equipment for power conversion device combining with requirements based on the ideas of PC/104 bus in theory;secondly,isolate and amplify the analog signal of the test equipment,then ac-quire the data by PM518;finally,design the software on the platform of Labwindows/CVI,the analog input voltages of power conversion device of the two-way three-phase voltage,the output voltages of U 1 ,U 2 ,U 3 and excitation voltage are collected to assess the output stability of the device.The test re-sults show that it is a product which can measure the four sets of equipment at a time which can improve the work efficiency.The DC output voltage and excitation voltage can be maintained at (28.5 ±3)V. AC input voltage is continuously adjustable at a range of 20~25 V.Two groups of three-phase output line voltage deviations are both less than 0.2 V.The measured current is kept at the load current ±1 A.
